You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

3. Product Orders

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Agricunia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. MLM & Referral Program

4.1 Eligibility and Verification

• Participation in the MLM program requires a registered account and successful verification by our admin team.
• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the MLM program.
• You must provide accurate personal and banking information during the application process.
• Verification may take up to 48 hours and is at the sole discretion of Agricunia.
• Agricunia reserves the right to reject any application or revoke verification status without prior notice.

4.2 Commission Structure

• Commissions are awarded based on successful purchases made through referral links.
• The commission structure is multi-level, with rates as follows:
  • Level 1 (Direct Referral): 5% of purchase value
  • Level 2: 10% for the original referrer, 5% for the Level 1 referrer
  • Level 3: 15% for the original referrer, 10% for the Level 1 referrer, 5% for the Level 2 referrer
• Commission percentages and structure may change without prior notice.
• Only verified MLM participants can earn commissions.
• The same user cannot repeatedly use your referral link to generate multiple commissions.

4.3 Payment of Commissions

• Commissions are calculated monthly and paid to the IBAN provided during registration.
• Payments are processed within the first 10 days of the following month.
• There is no minimum threshold for commission payments.
• Agricunia is not liable for missed or unpaid commissions due to incorrect banking information, technical issues, or verification status changes.
• All commission payments are subject to applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4.4 Ethical Marketing Practices

• MLM participants must maintain ethical marketing practices when sharing referral links.
• Prohibited practices include:
  • Spamming or unsolicited mass messaging
  • Making false or misleading claims about products or potential earnings
  • Creating fake accounts to generate commissions
  • Using deceptive tactics to obtain clicks on referral links
  • Manipulating the referral system in any way
• Violation of these ethical standards may result in termination from the MLM program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

4.5 Termination

• Agricunia reserves the right to terminate any participant's MLM status for violation of these terms, ethical standards, or for any other reason at our discretion.
• Participants may voluntarily withdraw from the MLM program by contacting support.
• Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited at Agricunia's discretion.

5. Payment & Refunds

• We accept Stripe, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Refunds may be issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
• Refunded purchases will not generate MLM commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, images, and code, is the property of Agricunia and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agricunia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products. This includes any potential loss of MLM commissions due to technical issues, system failures, or changes to the MLM program.

8. Governing Law
