How to Order

Placing an order on Agricunia is easy. Simply visit the product page of the item you're interested in, choose any available options such as quantity or size, and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you've added your desired items to the cart, proceed to the cart page by clicking the cart icon. From there, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button, fill out your shipping and payment details, and click "Place Order." That's it—your order is on its way!

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been successfully placed, our team begins processing it for dispatch. Depending on your location, the delivery may take up to one week. We ensure that all products are securely packed and dispatched promptly to reach you in excellent condition. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is shipped.

Agricunia supports a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient. You can pay online using:

Track Your Order

Keeping track of your orders is easy. Simply click on the profile icon located on the top right of the website. From there, go to "My Orders" where you'll find a list of all your past and current orders. Each order entry provides a status update so you can follow the progress of your shipment in real-time.

How do I join the MLM Program?

To join our MLM Program, you need to be a registered user on Agricunia. Visit the MLM Program page, fill out the application form with your details including your IBAN (for commission payments), and accept the terms and conditions. Your application will then be reviewed by our admin team, and you'll receive notification of verification within 48 hours. Once verified, you can start sharing product referral links and earning commissions.

How do commissions work?

Our commission structure is designed to reward you for building a network of referrals:

• Level 1 (Direct Referral): You earn 5% commission on purchases made through your link
• Level 2: When your referral shares the link and someone purchases, you earn 10% and your referral earns 5%
• Level 3: For purchases made through Level 2 referrals, you earn 15%, Level 1 earns 10%, and Level 2 earns 5%

The more people in your referral chain, the higher your commission percentage. Commissions are calculated based on the final purchase price and paid monthly to your provided IBAN.

How do I share referral links?

Once you're verified as an MLM member, you'll see a "Copy Referral Link" button on product pages. Click this button to generate a unique referral link for that specific product. You can then share this link through social media, email, messaging apps, or any other platform. When someone clicks on your link and makes a purchase, the system automatically tracks it and assigns the commission to your account.

What is the verification process?

After submitting your MLM application, our admin team reviews it to ensure all information is complete and valid. This process typically takes up to 48 hours. We verify your identity, contact information, and IBAN details. Once verified, you'll receive an email notification, and your account will be upgraded to MLM status. Only verified users can earn commissions, so this step is crucial for participation in the program.
